LEGAL NOTICE REGARDING CAMPUS AFFILIATION: Yummy Box OPC (Yummy Box XS) is a completely independent, third-party service provider and food concessionaire operating facilities within the physical school campus.
Yummy Box OPC is not in any way related to, owned by, managed by, or legally affiliated with Xavier School Inc.
This web application, its automated ordering pipelines, checkout workflows, digital wallet balances, and backend sorting algorithms are managed exclusively by Yummy Box OPC. Any inquiries, data modifications, or systemic order disputes must be directed to Yummy Box management, not the institutional administration of Xavier School Inc.
Minors Strictly Prohibited: Registration of user accounts on this Site is strictly restricted to individuals who are of legal age (18 years old and above). Minors are absolutely prohibited from creating accounts or initiating transactions on this platform.
Parental Management: All student pre-ordering activities must be initiated and executed exclusively by a parent or legal guardian. By registering an account and linking student data profiles, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and possess the lawful authority to act on behalf of the registered student.

Explicit Usage Consent: By depositing funds, maintaining a store balance, or executing transactions via the digital wallet, you grant Yummy Box OPC your explicit, informed consent to manage, debit, and process those funds for scheduled campus meal allocations.
Security: Wallet allocations are strictly tied to your authenticated login profile canvas. You are entirely responsible for preventing unauthorized usage of your account credentials.

Right of Replacement: Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Yummy Box OPC reserves the right to replace any food or beverage product that is deemed structurally or operationally unsatisfactory at the point of distribution with a fresh, equivalent substitute allocation line item.
By submitting a meal selection block into our pre-order tray pipeline, users explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following operational parameters:
Mon-Fri Operations Only: Pre-orders are locked strictly to operational school weekdays. Campus canteen facilities are fully suspended and closed during weekend sessions.
The 10:00 PM Evening Cutoff Limit: Same-day ordering is strictly prohibited. Orders must be securely mapped to future calendar target dates. If the 10:00 PM evening cutoff timestamp passes, tomorrow’s logistics pipeline locks automatically, and the earliest available target dates will scale out downstream.
Automated Canteen Routing: Canteen collection stations are mapped programmatically by our sorting engine using individual student grade identifiers (e.g., Grades 1-6 are securely mapped to the Grade School Canteen; Grades 7-12 are routed to the High School Canteen). Users must ensure student profile metrics are completely accurate to prevent distribution failures.
Statutory Holiday Closures: Pre-orders mapped onto dates corresponding to scheduled calendar holidays, institutional suspension sessions, or unexpected campus closures will be handled under our standard system credit recalculation parameters.
We reserve the right to amend, change, or update these Terms of Use from time to time at our sole discretion to reflect operational adjustments, technical updates, or campus policy changes.
